Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

East Bay Elixirs LLC ("East Bay Elixirs," "we," "us," or "our") provides mobile bartending and event bar services in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through eastbayelixirs.com (the "Site") and when you contact or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, sign a service agreement, or message us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event location or venue address, guest count, event type, drink and menu preferences, and any other details you choose to share.

Payment information. We accept payment through ACH bank transfer and Zelle. Those payments are processed by the payment providers, not by us. We do not collect or store your bank account or card numbers; we only keep a record of the amount paid, the date, and the name on the payment.

Information collected automatically. Our Site is built and hosted on GoDaddy, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and measure traffic. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring website.

Information from third-party platforms. If you reach us through a platform such as Thumbtack, GigSalad, Yelp, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Zola or Nextdoor, we receive the information you share through that platform. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how it handles your information.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes; plan, staff and deliver your event; prepare service agreements, invoices and shopping lists; send booking confirmations, reminders and follow-ups; provide a certificate of insurance to your venue when requested; meet our legal, tax, insurance and permitting obligations; and improve our Site and services.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as needed to run your event and our business, including with:

  • •Our bartenders and event staff assigned to your event
  • •Your venue or event coordinator, when needed for logistics or insurance paperwork
  • •Service providers that support our business, such as website hosting and contact forms (GoDaddy), email, payment methods (ACH bank transfer and Zelle), payroll, accounting and our insurance carrier
  • •Government agencies or others when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, guests, staff or the public

Photos and social media

We may photograph our bar setup and drinks at events to showcase our work. We will not post photos in which guests are identifiable without the client's permission. If you'd like us not to post any photos from your event, just tell us before or after the event.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and for as long as required for tax, accounting, insurance and legal purposes. Inquiries that don't result in a booking are generally deleted or anonymized within 24 months.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No website or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by contacting us at the email below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity. We may keep certain records where the law requires.

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Our Site does not currently respond to them, as there is no common standard for doing so.

Age requirements

Our Site and services are intended for adults. Bookings must be made by someone 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our Site may link to other websites and platforms we don't control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
